These Terms govern your use of AI Site Scorer at ai-friendly.pwn-all.com (the "Service"), a product operated by PWN-ALL Auditing, Reviewing & Testing Cyber Risks CO. L.L.C ("PWN-ALL", "we", "us"), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By running a scan or buying a report you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
The Service is a standalone PWN-ALL product. These Terms govern it specifically, and do not amend or supersede the website terms published at pwn-all.com or any signed engagement document.
The Service requests a small number of public pages from a domain you submit, checks them against published standards and our own criteria, and produces a score, a grade and a list of observations. Optionally it also asks a third-party AI search product what it can tell about the domain. That is the entire product: a measurement of observable signals at the moment of the scan, plus suggestions.
Every AI system whose behaviour this Service models — including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and the search engines that feed them — is proprietary, closed and undocumented. How each one crawls, retrieves, ranks, summarises or cites a website is decided solely by its operator, is not published, and can change at any time without notice or explanation.
We are independent of all of them. We have no partnership, no privileged access, no influence over their behaviour and no visibility into how they weigh anything. Nothing we publish derives from inside knowledge of those systems, because no such knowledge exists outside them.
What our checks and recommendations represent is narrower: open standards, publicly documented crawler behaviour, and our own practical experience — changes that in our observation have helped some sites become more reachable, readable and citable by AI systems. That experience is a body of informed opinion, not a rule and not a mechanism. What moved the needle for one site may do nothing at all for another.
Accordingly we do not guarantee, warrant, promise or represent that:
A score is our opinion about observable signals. It is not a certification, an endorsement, an audit in any regulated sense, and not a prediction of how any AI system will treat you.
Reports, fix hints and generated prompts are informational suggestions. They are not professional, technical, legal, financial or business advice, and buying one does not create a consulting or client relationship, nor any engagement with PWN-ALL's professional services. You remain solely responsible for deciding what to change on your own systems, for testing those changes, and for their consequences — including any effect on your site's availability, security, search performance or existing traffic.
Some recommendations describe emerging standards that are not settled, are not supported by every AI operator, and may be abandoned by the industry. Implement them at your own discretion and risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither PWN-ALL nor its directors, employees or contractors are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, rankings, traffic, citations, opportunities or data, arising out of or connected with the Service, its output, your reliance on it, or any change you make because of it — whether the claim is in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and even if we were advised such loss was possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific report giving rise to the claim, or, where you paid nothing, to zero.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Paid reports are digital goods produced on demand: the purchase triggers a fresh scan, and the report is generated and delivered immediately. What you are paying for is the work of performing that scan and producing that report. You are not paying for an outcome, and no outcome is being sold to you.
Accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges or cancellations. In particular there is no refund because:
If a report you paid for was never delivered at all because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will complete delivery. That is completion of the purchase, not a refund.
Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in access to the Service being refused.
We add, remove, reweight and reinterpret checks as standards and crawler behaviour move. A score reflects the methodology in force when the scan ran, and scores produced under different versions are not directly comparable — a change in your score may reflect a change in our methodology rather than a change in your site. We are under no obligation to preserve, re-run or restate historical scores.
We may refuse, rate limit, remove or block any domain, request or user at our discretion, and may change or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Scores from free scans are public: they appear on public score pages, in comparisons, in our sitemaps and through our read-only agent interfaces. Do not submit a domain if you do not want its score to be public. Scans produced by a purchase are stored as private and are excluded from all of those surfaces — see the Privacy Policy.

We claim no rights in your website or its content. Reports we produce are licensed to you for your own internal use; the underlying methodology, wording and software remain the property of PWN-ALL.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes arising from use of the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, except where mandatory law of your place of residence provides otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. These Terms are published in English; English is the governing language of this document and of the Service.
We may update these Terms. The version published here when you use the Service is the one that applies, and the effective date at the top of this page states when it last changed.
